Directions: From Berkeley Springs Town Center travel south on Route 522 approximately 2 miles and turn left on Winchester Grade Road. Follow for approximately 10.7 miles and turn left on Luttrell Road. (This road is somewhat hidden so look for sign) Sleepy Oaks will be approximately ½ mile on the left.
If using a GPS, input CR-8/7 - instead of Luttrel Road.
